Best White Hot Chocolate Recipe

Let’s make a delicious white hot chocolate recipe but with a twist!  This recipe is delicious.  It’s one of those recipe we make only on special occasions because of the sugar content.  I plan to make this on Christmas day for sure.  It’s so rich and creamy.  Everyone loves it!

Ingredients

• 2 cups of milk or half n half
• 1 cup white chocolate chips  
• 2-3 drops of blue food coloring 
• 1/4 cup sugar for rims of glasses
